During this training, I will talk about why protection is needed and present some techniques.
The meeting will begin with cleansing meditation.
Then I'll talk through why we need protection.
I’ll present the most common and mostly used energetic protection, and I’ll teach you how and when to use each one.
We will finish with lovely protecting meditation.
All materials are ready to watch in your own pace.
